Dear Friends and Colleagues,
This year can be summarized in a few words: In the face of significant challenges, we made significant progress. I thank you all for your continued commitment and support.
While there is much work to do and there are many challenges ahead, we end 2013 stronger and better able to serve our members. There are ample evidence that we are moving forward on the course we set 2 years ago to transform the Society into a Society that endeavours to promote advances in healthy-aging and preventive medicine and believes in progressive education that is evidence-based that emphasizes on hands on training. Our focus and strategies are clear.
The New Year will bring its own mix of successes and challenges, but our direction is clear. Our job is to continue to focus intently on what we can do, providing our members with the best knowledge in healthy aging medicine. So let’s “ADD LIFE TO YEARS AND YEARS TO LIFE”.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a rewarding and joyous New Year. Once again I would like to thank the members for all the support you have given to make the Society a success thus far and I look forward to your continuous support and also to seeing you in 2014.
